A.O.C. Corbières
Born under the sign of the sun in a region of tormented landscapes, our Les Buscailles Corbières exhales the aromas of its native land.

Carignan and Grenache varietals give it a rich, expressive fruitiness, with a bouquet of spicy aromas and wild flowers of the native landscape.

The ultimate expression of the know-how of our Cellar Master, Les Buscailles is both generous and supple.

A full-bodied Corbières that is an ideal accompaniment for grilled meat with herbs, regional "cargolade" or cassoulet.

Serve at 16-18°C (61-64°F).

A.O.C. Coteaux du Languedoc
Our Coteaux du Languedoc is finely crafted from a blend of two varietals: Syrah and Grenache.

A beautiful, brilliant ruby colour, supple and light, this wine has a complex bouquet of black fruit and very ripe sweet cherries with a fine animal note.

Rib roast "aux parfums de garrigue", veal sauté, grilled suckling pig, pork tenderloin with sautéed potatoes, cassoulet… our Côteaux du Languedoc is the perfect accompaniment for a wide variety of regional dishes.

Serve at 18-20°C (64-68°F).
 

A.O.C. Saint-Chinian
A pleasant blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Carignan varietals, our Saint-Chinian is supple yet full-bodied, with a bouquet of red fruit, laurel and cistus, accompanied by spicy notes.

Deep, brilliant red colour.

Perfect with salt pork and meats served in sauce like "daube bourguignonne", Paul Valmeras Saint-Chinian also goes well with stuffed roasted capon, roasted wild boar, rabbit terrine, a cassolette of thrush… or ripened cheese.

Vin de Pays d’Oc
Fruit above all, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are small and bluish-black.

A noble red wine, our Beau Cépage Cabernet Sauvignon is a brilliant purple colour with nuances of violine, a bouquet of black currant, green pepper and blueberry.
A full-bodied, elegant wine that is the perfect accompaniment for red meat, sauce dishes or cheese..

Serve at 15-18°C (59-64°F).
 
 

Vin de Pays d’Oc

A dry, light white wine that is balanced, refreshing and supple, our Beau Cépage Sauvignon is a pretty pale colour with hints of green. Its bouquet has fresh aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and broom flower.

Ideal with fish and seafood, or as an aperitif.

Serve at : 8-10°C (46-50°F).


Vin de Pays d’Oc
A dry gris de gris wine with a pale pink colour, our Beau Cépage Grenache Gris has a bouquet of delicate tropical fruit like mango and passion fruit.

A supple and fruity taste makes this wine the perfect accompaniment for white meat and fish, and can even be served chilled as an aperitif.

Serve at 8-10°C (50-54°F).
 
 

Vin de Pays d’Oc
Merlot is an early-ripening grape, with fairly large hanging fruit and bluish black in colour. Its taste emphasises "fruit".

This red wine is a deep and intense colour with shades of purple. Our Beau Cépage Merlot has a bouquet of black currant, wild blackberry and liquorice aromas.

Balanced, full-bodied and chewy, this wine has a long tasty finish.

The perfect accompaniment for rabbit with prunes, roasted poultry and cheese.

Serve at 15-18°C (59-64°F).
